Update and download information:
When first time you update, you will download near about 10MB to 30 MB.

If you are updating 2nd or more time if updates are available you are going to download 1MB to 3MB.

Downloads are on high speed server, so it will take less time to download, but the actual speed is depend on you internet speed.
